Scope of services
Nexonomics provides consulting, implementation and operational services for e-commerce businesses. Our services are directed at both businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C) in Switzerland, Germany and the rest of Europe.
Dispute resolution
Our services are offered to businesses. Should a consumer nevertheless enter into a contract with us, the Portuguese consumer portal at consumidor.gov.pt lists the alternative dispute resolution entities available under Lei n.º 144/2015. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
