Services

Source it. Build it. Market it. Run it.

Most agencies do one of these four. We do all of them, so your product data, stock, orders and campaigns move from the supplier to the shop to the warehouse without a single handoff.

Sourcing

Product side
  • Product sourcing & supplier search

We find, vet and negotiate with manufacturers, then manage sampling and quality control.

  • Product design & OEM

Private-label and custom products, from concept and packaging to CE marking and EU/CH compliance.

  • Purchasing & quality control

We buy on your behalf: order management, production follow-up, pre-shipment inspections and payment terms agreed with the supplier. The goods are delivered to your warehouse.

    IncotermsQCReorders
  • Import logistics: sea, rail or air freight

We find, compare and vet freight forwarders, customs brokers and bonded warehouses for imports into the EU and Switzerland. Sea freight for volume, rail as the middle ground wherever an overland corridor runs, when sea is too slow and air too costly, air freight for speed. We negotiate the rates on your behalf.

Build

Shop side
  • Shop platforms

New shops and replatforming on the systems that dominate the Swiss and German market. We pick the platform that fits your catalogue, margins and team.

  • Marketplaces & migration

Connect to Galaxus, Amazon, eBay, Otto and Kaufland. Move catalogue, customers and orders from your old shop without losing rankings.

  • AI where it earns its place

Large catalogues are where AI actually pays. We use it to pull attributes out of supplier datasheets and spreadsheets, normalise them against your shop’s schema, map categories per marketplace, and draft localised copy for German, French and Italian. Everything a model produces is checked before it reaches a live product page: at this catalogue size, a plausible-sounding wrong specification is a returned part and a lost customer.

  • Design, themes & front-end

The design work and the build of it: navigation for deep catalogues, product pages that answer the questions a buyer actually has, and checkout flows that survive a phone on mobile data. Custom storefronts, B2B features and configurators built to the platform’s own standards.

  • Android & iOS apps

Apps that run on the same catalogue, stock and pricing as your shop, so there is no second system to keep in sync. Shopping and reordering for trade customers, push notifications when a part is back in stock. Published under your own developer accounts.

  • Catalogues, manuals & price lists

The printed and downloadable pieces that sit around a shop. Product catalogues and price lists built from the same data as your shop, plus user manuals, datasheets and safety instructions for your own products.

Marketing

Demand side
  • SEO, Google Ads & GEO

Being found where your customers search. Technical and content SEO per country and language, Google Ads and Shopping campaigns run against real margins, and GEO so that AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini recommend your products when people ask.

  • Price comparison listings

Product feeds built, validated and kept current for the comparison sites your customers check before they buy. Paired with dynamic pricing, your listing position follows your margin, not the other way round.

  • Email, CRM & retention

Welcome, cart-abandon, replenishment and win-back flows that run on your shop and ERP data, so the offer matches what is actually in stock and what the customer already bought.

  • Paid social & marketplace ads

Campaigns where your buyers already are, including the retail media inside the marketplaces you sell on. Budgets set against contribution margin, not revenue.

  • Content & localisation

Product copy, category pages and campaigns written for each market rather than machine-translated. Swiss German conventions for the German-speaking cantons, French for Romandie and Italian for Ticino, German market wording, and the price, size and address formats each market expects.

  • Analytics, tracking & consent

Measurement that survives a privacy review. Server-side tagging, a consent platform that satisfies the GDPR and the Swiss revFADP, and reporting that ties spend back to margin in the ERP.

Why one partner

The gaps between agencies are where e-commerce loses money.

Thirteen years of building, sourcing and running online shops in Europe taught us one thing: most problems appear at the handover between specialists. So we removed the handovers. Your team does not have to grow to run this — you keep one relationship instead of six, and the chasing is ours.

Specialists behind every step

Freight forwarding, customs clearance, OEM production and country-specific compliance run through a vetted network of global partners we have worked with for years. You never manage them. We hold the brief, the timeline and the data, so their depth reaches you without the coordination landing on your desk.

No handoffs

The people who source your product also set up its shop data, its stock levels and its shipping profile. Nothing gets lost between a sourcing agent, a web agency and an ERP consultant.

Data that flows end to end

Supplier lead times, landed costs, stock and orders live in one connected system. Your margin per product is a number you can actually look at, and your prices can react to it.

Local compliance built in

Swiss VAT and customs, German packaging registration under LUCID, local payment habits and invoicing rules. We configure your shop and ERP so they behave the way each market expects. Company formation, VAT registration and the filings themselves stay with you and your tax advisor — we tell you what is needed and when.

Markets

At home in Switzerland and Germany.

Switzerland and Germany look like one market and behave like two. Different currency, different carriers, different invoice habits, and a customs border in between. That difference is what we know — and it is what catches most shops out. The rest of Europe we launch and run on request.

DECH
  • Primary marketsSwitzerland and Germany. Local team, all three Swiss market languages, day-to-day presence.

Where we are growing
We are expanding our presence into further European markets, building out the same local payment, carrier and compliance setup we already run day to day in Switzerland and Germany.
Available now
We launch and run shops anywhere in Europe on request. The local payment methods and carriers are configured per project. EU VAT through the One-Stop-Shop and packaging registration are filings you make, and we tell you which ones your market needs.
Talk to us
If your target market is not Switzerland or Germany, tell us where you are going and we will tell you honestly what we already have in place there.

How we work

From first call to first order.

A typical launch runs in five phases. You can join at any stop if part of the chain already exists — or start at phase one with nothing online at all, which is how most of our offline-to-online projects begin.

  1. 1

    Audit & plan

We map your product, margins, markets and existing systems, then propose the platform and the route to launch.

    1–2 weeks
  2. 2

    Source & design

Supplier shortlist, samples, pricing and packaging, plus the freight route and customs partners for getting goods into Europe. For OEM products, design and compliance run in parallel.

    4–10 weeks
  3. 3

    Build & integrate

Shop, ERP, payments and carriers are built and connected while the first production run is under way.

    6–12 weeks
  4. 4

    Launch

Stock lands in your warehouse, a test order runs the whole way through — payment method, VAT rate, carrier rate and returns text — and the shop goes live.

    1–2 weeks
  5. 5

    Run & scale

Ongoing support, reorders, new markets and marketplaces on a monthly retainer.
