Scope of services
Nexonomics provides consulting, implementation and operational services for e-commerce businesses: shop builds and shop system migrations, ERP setup, system integrations and ongoing operations. We serve clients selling B2B, B2C or both. Our own services are offered to business customers.
Dispute resolution
Our services are offered to businesses. Should a consumer nevertheless enter into a contract with us, the Portuguese consumer portal at consumidor.gov.pt lists the alternative dispute resolution entities available under Lei n.º 144/2015. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
